Skilled Worker
Citizenship and Immigration Canada provides opportunities to skilled workers to
become permanent residents based on their ability to establish economically in Canada
and who intend to reside in a province other than the Province of Quebec. Eligible
Skilled worker applicants are processed based on six selection factors which include:

- have an offer of arranged employment, OR
- be a skilled worker who has at least one year of experience in one or more of the
