- Free initial consultation.
- Assess your background, qualifications and family structure and advise you the
best options in order to achieve successful results for your application.
- Assist to complete your application based on current immigration policies and law and
review the completed application.
- Review all required documentary evidence in support of the application.
- Prepare a detailed submission letter to accompany the application highlighting your
eligibility with particular reference to the attributes that may contribute to the use
of substituted positive evaluation to approve the application.
- Receive communication and documentation from the CIC or Visa Office on your behalf and advise
you accordingly and assist in providing the best response to the communication.
- Monitor the application progress to ensure the processing of the application and respond to
your inquiries in a firm manner.
- Provide guidance for the interview, if applicable.
- Assist with pre-landing and post landing banking facilities in Canada, if required.
- Appeal with Immigration and Refugee Board if Visa is denied because of medical and other
inadmissibility issues, when separately arranged.
