Canadian Experience Class
Canada believes that these foreign nations often have the capability and
qualities to make a successful transition from temporary resident to a
permanent resident because of their familiarity with the Canadian society.
Applications for Permanent Residence under Canadian Experience Class can be
submitted by:
-
Temporary Foreign Workers with 24 months of full-time or
part-time equivalent experience in managerial, professional, skilled
trade or technical occupation (skill type 0, A or B). You do not
have to be employed at the time of the application.

Foreign Students who graduated from a recognized post-secondary
educational institution with a program duration of minimum 16 months
and having 12 months of qualifying work experience with in last 24
months. You do not have to be employed at the time of the application.
Foreign Students who graduated from a recognized post-secondary
educational institution in a graduate program with a duration of
minimum 8 months, have also attained a previous qualifying
post-secondary educational credentials with duration of 8 months or
more, and having 12 months of qualifying work experience with in last
24 months. You do not have to be employed at the time of the application.
