About Us
Milestone Canada Immigration Services is a Canadian company and our consultants are licensed
members of
Immigration
Consultants Regulatory Council of Canada
(ICCRC), an independent, federally incorporated not-for-profit body operating at arms length
from the Federal Government of Canada. ICCRC is responsible for regulating the activities of
immigration consultants who are members and who provide immigration advice for a fee. The
council's mandate is to protect the consumers of immigration consulting services and ensure
the competent and professional conduct of its members.
Only the following representatives may charge a fee to advise or represent you on
Canadian immigration and refugee matters with the Government of Canada.
- Immigration consultants who are members in good standing of the Immigration Consultants Regulatory
Council of Canada
- Lawyers who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or Territorial
Law Society
- In Quebec, Notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre Des Notaires
du Québec or members of Immigration Consultants Regulatory Council of Canada
registered with the province of Quebec
